OpenScape Xpressions Compact supports standard voice mail and auto attendant features. Messaging features include mailboxes for individuals and groups, which are equipped with multiple greetings, distribution lists, message broadcasting, message forwarding, and message notification per SMS or pager. Auto attendant features include call routing, music-on-hold, announcements and a mailbox for messages. Call recording is also available for up to 50 users.
OpenScape Xpressions Compact extends voice communication handling to other media with fax call forwarding and voice-to-email messaging which forwards voice messages as e-mail attachments. Additionally, OpenScape Xpressions Compact now includes mobile phones as extensions within the system which means mobile users can have calls routed to them while away from the office.
